2) CHEATER REMOVALS – Etsy does not let us search for members. So, if we want to remove a cheater, it would require us to search through every single of our 36,000+ members to find them first. We’ve asked Etsy to fix this flaw and are waiting for a response. This would entail etsy giving you legal advice. Most of etsy staff are not lawyers and the ones that are lawyers are paid by etsy.

All the posts were made recently – looks like the images were downloaded through the listing page & reposted in Instagram. 3) Removing cheating members is very difficult. New members violating rules receive a warning. But, some cheaters have been on the team for a while.

So many cheaters still on here and I have not been on here in a while due to Etsy changes and computer issues, etc. If you had an IP infringement, etsy will NOT discuss it with you at all, don’t bother trying, they are sticking to the law. Also, read all the infringement info in the handbook. You don’t need to have a Gmail address to create a Google Account. You can also use a non-Gmail email address to create one instead.

If you have no offending tags I would see if you could file a DMCA counterclaim. If it was filed as TM infringement you can’t do that but would need to reach out to them to see what the issue was or get a lawyer involved. I got an intellectual property claim for a listing image that I am the owner of – I did the shoot myself & its my own artwork.
Since Etsy doesn’t allow us bittrex review to search members, it requires viewing over 3,700+ pages of members for removal. We’ve requested the ability to search without reply from Etsy. I’ve just participated at the incognito search for 24 items. I’ve never done this before, but I followed the instructions.

I have reported two shops ArtWindStudios and HDpicturePrints for cheating, they are still playing in the Searchaton. They do not search or fave any items in the thread. They have been removed from a couple of teams I play on for cheating.

People in the forums can only advice you want what might work. It is up to you to follow through by consulting a lawyer. All the posts in the Instagram profile are recent – some days ago..
